Texas has reaped the rewards of businesses leaving CA and moving to TX.
Other western states have welcomed CA transplants.
In addition to what you wrote, I don't think Nuance enjoyed paying the Internet fees of all of their CA employees. That includes lower and middle management employees living in California. I think they'll be gone by the end of September also, the MLSs are just not being told that.
