I total agree about the account instructions being novels. It's ridiculous! I don't know why they can't negotiate with their accounts at least on the simple things, for instance all accounts have the date written the same way. And then heaven forbid if you ask a question that was in the instructions. They expect you to keep up with all the changes in your accounts even if you don't work on them very often. It's a lot of UNPAID reviewing and research.
