I believe you are mistaken about the proofers going to quotas...you must have this company confused with Nuance. No Amphion or ImedX proofers have been changed over to quotas. All proofers did get a new name, though. And I doubt you were charged any critical errors for anything since proofers don't charge critical errors, just give feedback and advice. The audits have not been done for months. You probably left because you just couldn't meet the quality or didn't want to try...
