I see nothing wrong with making that much per hour although the most I have ever made with a doctor over my 15 years is about 25 an hour, which I was perfectly happy with at the time. We are just as much professionals as they are in this field. Could I do a doctors job or nurses? Nope and likewise they can't do ours, so I see nothing wrong with making as much as we can with or without templates on an hourly basis. Salary....yikes, maybe depending on the right situation/hours/pay etc.
