Not a scam at all. They would not be in business as long as they have, would not have as many accounts as they do and would not be as big as they are if they were a scam. The account I am on does not run out of work, and I have a back-up account just in case. The only time I work that is when that account is slammed and they need extra help.

Obviously everyone's experience is different, so generalizing does no one any good.
