Obviously 'they' are corporate/management.
Obviously 'we' are the employees who will be hurt the most by ImedX.
They have never left an acquired company as is. Ever. So whoever is saying nothing will change is lying through their teeth, and that includes the AMs.
Nothing is any different about this acquisition. They will demolish Amphion, probably within the next year, maybe sooner.
