I log every job that I do on a table in a Word document - just habit developed after 25 years of work. LOL. Sometimes it takes longer for some jobs to come through Argus depending on QA, but I can assure you they always do. :)
The pay process seemed complicated to me at first, sometimes I have to re-do my math, but it comes out right against my log.
The only discrepancy is removing the character counts in the section headings and subsection headings.
I would strongly urge you to bring this up to HR AND your manager (what team are you?) and ask for an audit of documents.
