line counts - oldmt

Typically we are not paid for headers/footers since this contains information we may not put into the document, and if the sections go into an EMR there are no headers/footers.

That being said, if you are questioning whether you are being paid for the characters contained in section headings or subsection headings, question your manager and HR. Ask them to audit a report with you.

Question HR about the terms of your employment. If you are NOT being paid for those characters, question it and question it and question it and question it ...
