very different things we are talking about here. In Triton, headings and subheadings are to be paid ( the text in the control H, whether it is drop down or you entered it yourself), but at this point due to a glitch we are not being paid for those.
Does everyone check their lines against Word? How do people know we aren't being paid for those text boxes? There has not been an announcement made by management that they recognize the issue? How many have contacted management? In any case, we definitely need an explanation or an email informing us of what the issue is and how they are going to rectify it.
