If you're referring to the "L" who is taking over for "JT", then I agree. From what I can tell, she is responsible for ruining my account assignment, changing it, adding to it several times since the beginning of this year, until I ended up with a higher percentage of indecipherable speakers than ever before. I'm now struggling with a job that actually used to be relatively easy.
We never know what goes on behind the scenes, but she seems to have made these decisions on her own. I consider these changes to my account assignment as instituted by someone who is nothing less than cruel and heartless.
