It's all about saving money of course...and Indians are lining up to get their credentials. Then there are others who say not to worry....coding can't/won't be off-shored.

I know there are some community colleges that offer coding online. Santa Barbara City College is one (in CA). Obviously, a community college is the best way to go if you can't afford the approximately 3-5k tuition that online schools such as Andrews or Career Step charge. You can find a lot of info if you know how to research on Google.
