there are tons and tons of remote jobs for certified coders even without experience. HCC season starts next month and companies are hiring like crazy, although it is about to taper off. You just have to get out there and research. BTW I would never work on site, especially a doctor's office. Their pay is almost always going to be lower than a coding company.
