were in and I agree totally. I dislike the long wait after asking a question and the condescending attitude in general. It really irritates me when students who complain about problems are met with replies that this is how it will be on the job or that you should be more independent in this module so waiting for an answer should not be a problem for you. I went to a great school for MT, so I know what a really good online program looks like and this is not one of them.
