Successful businesses raise their rates to reflect it and charge the customer. I don't care if you own a restaurant, factor in the wage cost to your prices and people will pay it.
Does you doctor keep his rates the same if his expenses go up. NO!
When gas was so horribly high, I paid a fuel surcharge to the garbage hauler. . I didn't quit having my garbage hauled.
I hate it when small businesses THINK like small businesses.
