I am not a fan of mediocrity, either. However, with regard to these MTs who "can do 3-4x the production," have you bothered to read any of their work? Can you substantiate the quality of their work? Perhaps quality is less germane than quantity at your MTSO. Perhaps you're the one with no clue.
