Most shifts I have little or no inactivity time. When I'm in Fluency working on a report, reading it,proofreading it, I keep my fingers on the keys moving them around. If I don't, it can count as inactive time. If I get up to go to the bathroom, etc., I'm on the screen where we download jobs. I found that screen doesn't add to inactive time for me. I can be gone for over 10 minutes and it does nothing to change my inactive time.
