Yes it is 8a-4p. I thought I did it correctly, and yes it is KP. I'm not sure what she means I need to split my shift, I did. I guess I'll delete the request and try it again. It's like pulling teeth with KP. I loved the person I had before when asking off or flexing. She was so accommodating. Thanks for your help.
