I have always worked my scheduled hours, I've even temporarily moved my hours around to help out my TSM. I rarely take time off but honestly after 3-4 rounds of what happened to the work and the TSM giving one lame excuse after another, I feel entitled to play some head games too last week. The thing is, no one Even noticed until I got on the MUP report for some reason. So I feel like I'm only needs to help bulk up the bonuses the TSMs get. They can certainly felt free to fire me. And by the way, me not working my schedule affects no one but me and my pay, there isn't any work on my ANY of my accounts, so it does not in any way affect you or anyone else.
