My primary account, which is fairly new and supposed to be "busy" all the time, has been OOW 75% of the day for weeks now. Secondary account is constantly OOW, which leaves me to work on 3rd account which totally sucks. I think the majority of easier accounts go to India once we've worked them for a while. I also had a TM tell me that the Indians are NOT scored like us - they are paid flat rate and they have no FIESA, no pay grid, no deductions from pay due to errors. I cannot wait to retire from this crap.
