Yes, they are truly a horrible company but please "Quit" or get off the pot. They schedule us for a reason and your doing this negatively impacts the work flow for the rest of us.
I am not at all happy with the company, but all in all I stay and as long as I stay and accept the paychecks I will show up for work on the days and times I agreed upon. That's just the way I was raised.
