I adhere to my schedule and then some to MUP. My complaint is that for the past several weeks, the work is not there. Instead of outsourcing it, they should "hold back" work for US MTs. I've been with this company for years, not looking to quit until retirement age. I have a pretty nice TM, no one bothers me because I do my job. I'm just stating that the work has been extremely low lately.
