Why are they still hiring? We have been NJA on a regular basis for months now and for the last 2 weeks NJA every single day. Yes we had a ton of OT last year, but that has not been an issue for at least 7 months now.
All they care about is instantaneous turn around time. They have no care or concern for their employees whatsoever.
