By hiring all these new people, less work means they won't have to pay full-time benefits for us.
On the other hand, new graduates do not have the experience and have the "learning curve" to deal with. Just look at some of the jobs and see some of the mistakes being made. I get dinged for adding "the" or "an." Incredible.
Keep looking for something but my age works against me.
