I just started with them about a month ago also. I like the fluency platform, but struggling to get any line count at all. My best day was about 600 lines. I pulled all of my reports from yesterday put them in a word document and checked lines that way. I got 532, fluency counted my lines at 355. Kinda wondering now wtf??
