The system (Fluency) is the biggest obstacle to line counts. I've worked on other systems but never got as few lines as I do until working on this system. I averaged 400-500 lines on systems like ChartNet, Escription, EmDat (Inscribe). On Fluency, I'm lucky if I can get 300 lines (rarely depending on account I work on). It doesn't help that some accounts you have to fill in the demographics and doctor information for letters and other reports.
