I am right there with you. It's a very abusive relationship...make you feel like you are worthless and that no one else will ever hire you so you might as well stay put. Um no thanks!! Not buying into that anymore. I am good at my job, and so are you...it's this place that sucks. With their crappy management, crappy accounts, overbearing supervisors...oh the list goes on and on. We are better than all of this, and we deserve better.
