Not sure why you continue to stay where you are at. There are other jobs out there that pay much more than 4 cpl. In the last month, I have been offered two positions, one of them that pays up to 10 cpl. I am working 2 full-time jobs in addition to working one PT job and they are all straight typing and pay way more than VR rates. You have to be positive and start thinking "outside of the box" as far as where to look.
