specifically states "No 1099 given for this position but you will have to sign a HIPAA Agreement etc." It's for a VR editor, orthopedics, high volume, and pays 3 cents per 65 character line. Guess you won't need a 1099 at that pay rate. Remember, anyone who pays a contractor more than $600/year has to submit a 1099. Has to submit, no ifs, ands, or buts.
