I don't work for them but know a lady who does, and she said they send you a computer and C-phone when you go to work for them and you have to make all of your shortcuts in Microsoft Word autocorrect. Therefore, Instant Text cannot be downloaded on their computer and is not compatible. You type all your reports in one big, long Word document during the day and upload it at the end of the day. On a better note, the pay is really good if you can get on with them. I tried twice and never got hired. It was the hardest test I've ever taken - both times!!! The lady I know has a sister who also tried to get on with them and was unsuccessful.
