Since Christmas my pay checks have decreased substantially at AHD. I still put the same effort and time in but there's always something to bring it down: Low or no work, technical problems or just a bunch of the worst dictations for days in a row. Even my Paid time off has decreased. I know I'm working just as hard as before the new year. I am not making the bills and do not understand why this is happening. Constructive feedback. Thanks.
