Yes, we do not know exactly why the ad was removed, but they DO NOT usually remove ads from that site in my experience. I have been searching it daily for years, just to keep up on things and used to scan up and down to double-check the older ads, which were not removed or crossed out like you may see on this site. Currently, I print out anything I may be interested in to use as a reference for a job when I need it. I make notes of what is said on this site about pay, IC versus employee, their attitudes, politics, ELS work, etc. I may still apply somewhere, but it does help to avoid the worst places.
