I'm fairly new there and have only been there for 3 months, but so far everything has been great. I also have TN as a manager and I have only communicated with her once and it was fine so I'm not sure what the issue is with her. The training is a week long when it really could be just two days so it's kind of long but you get paid hourly for it. My account has a ton of work and I never run out. They pay a good rate for VR and PTO starts from day one. I am pretty much left alone to work. The cons would be that you have to work on their computer so it's a big one that is bulky and I don't like my shift which is second shift. I was told there were no morning shifts which doesn't make sense considering the account I work on has a backlog of 1500 jobs always. All in all, I would recommend them.
