Some will disagree with this, but Precyse is a much better company to work for than most of the MTSOs.
They pay higher line rates than most MTSOs. They offer all benefits to full time employees. They offer a fair PTO plan.
I have been with Precyse for several years. I have always been treated fairly. I do not run out of work, in fact we are often offered extra hours. I have not had NJA for at least a year and probably longer. We have plenty of work. That being said, if the manager you are interviewing with is TN then you might want to reconsider as I hear she is very difficult to deal with.
