Don't mean to offend, but as long as YOU allow these people to treat you in such a manner, they will continue to do so. As long as you stay with this company, they have NO motive to treat you or anyone else any differently. If enough employees left in protest of MModal's sweatshop mentality, things would change rapidly. By staying and continuing to try to meet their unrealistic standards, you are telling Noel that the way you are treated is just fine.
