Upper management, Noel included for sure, does not care that we can't pay our bills. As long as they get a regular paycheck and their bonuses they're fine. We can gripe and scream and yell all we want, but they do not give a rat's a__ about us. Transcription is at the bottom of their many money-making projects that they've got going on. If they did respond they would say if you don't like it here go someplace else, which from perusing various social media sites people are doing just that and rightfully so. If upper management's salaries were affected they'd jump right on the problem. They have no moral guilt about people not being able to eat, make mortgage or car payments, pay utilities, etc. Their day will come, we may not see it, but it will and with a vengeance.
