I just talked to a guy with a slight knowledge (he is passing me on to the local rep who does all TAA) and he said he thought you had to be part of the original filing or that M-Modal had to have included your name on the list.
He did, however, say that if you are over 50, which I am, that there is another program called Dislocated Worker that will pay for retraining and they have a ton of grant money just sitting there for it.
