I've been in the biz for many years and keep in contact with numerous other MTs. There have been reports of Global's unethical business practices.
I understand they have recruited in the past sometimes around certain Jewish holidays, stall you until the holidays actually start and the owners take off, and then use your test expertise presumably to help with their backlog - due to the absence of the Jews.
Once the holiday is over, they ditch you with an email explanation that you were just not up to house on what they consider to be simple MT account work.
If this unethical sort of business practice is true, it can have disastrous results to one's income - and isn't that what we're all here for?
Proceed with extreme caution with Global and use your intuition and best judgment the moment you feel you aren't being treated like a fellow human being - Jewish or otherwise.
