How much longer for this NJA? - feistygirl

Logged in for my 5-hour shift at 6 EST this morning: No work. Logged on for my 5-hour this shift evening at 5 EST, got 3 jobs, then NJA. How can they keep explaining away this crap? Do they really think having people switch shifts around to work more at night is going go solve this problem? It is just me, or does it seem like this company doesn't have a friggin' clue how to run a business? How is anyone supposed to try to pay the bills and a mortgage off of these disappearing paychecks? I have been averaging 10-20 hours a week for months now of this no work being available. Of course, used up all my PTO right off the bat, so am forced to take it unpaid!!! Does anyone even give a rat's butt if I get an actual vacation this year?

So sick of this .....
