So all the day shift people who get NJA work over their shift into my shift and I end up short on my checks because I can't work on my day off using the swap board.
I don't blame the MTs who do this, it is the policy, but it is not fair to those of us who do not have the same opportunity to not use the swap board.
PLEASE JUST LAY ME OFF!!
