I've been looking at those jobs locally for a possible new job, but the mandatory requirement for those positions continually seems to be to have worked the past couple years in either an identical medical office reception job or else a "customer service" position somewhere. And then maybe a little computer work, maybe "able to learn" a little medical terminology. So I'd be better off having worked at Walmart etc to be able to qualify for those jobs, nothing medical!
