clients all day long. Some days I work on 12 different clients in one day. Yes, it is our obligation to look these things up. That is where Google helps. Jot them down somewhere when you find them. Go to that local hospital's website, bookmark it, and get the physicians' names off their staff list. To me, this is the toughest part of our job--proper names. It's our job to provide a complete and accurate report.
