I think thats the hardest part for MTs with all of this, because most of us are introverts. We just love to get in there, produce some tidy work, and do our thing for the work day. Thats why I began working at home, to really work, not hang around the office all day chatting. The supervisors know this, they know we'd rather work and be productive than bicker and argue over asinine things. They use our peaceful productive natures against us. Whats that saying though? Beware of the quiet one? Show them, prove to them how they sorely underestimated you. Even if you feel its futile to go into the labor department, enough little voices make a ROAR when combined.
