Music in the background - Disappointed

I just cannot believe what a total idiot this doc is. He's got some bleeping music playing in the background while he dictates and it is so loud he is about shouting to be heard. What the ever loving hell is wrong with these idiots ? It's bad enough trying to make sense out of what they say but REALLY ???? You've got to play your Barry White album in the background at a volume that causes you to shout ? I would LOVE to be in charge of talking to these idiots just ONE freakin' time. And they wonder why I'm on depression/anxiety meds.
