The MTSO I worked for at the time asked the doc repeatedly and nicely to please turn down/off the music while dictating. Not only did the MD NOT turn it off, but he continued to dictate with it only even louder!!! Needless to say his notes went through looking like Swiss cheese. You'd think he'd get tired of filling in all those holes and turn the music off!!!
