"Since you are getting NJA frequently, you need to contact your TSM to chsange your hours." Say what? You don't have work and I am supposed to change my hours to the crap hours? I have changed my schedule so many times I lost count. They are asking me to work Friday night which I already do and then Saturday after 4 p.m. I am so incredibly angry. I have worked here for quite some time and assume that does not mean squat. How many others have changed and how many get to keep the "prime" hours. Once again, how about taking some of the work back from off shore?
Yeah, like that will ever happen. I feel like they get rewarded and we get a punch in the stomach.
