Same here. Changed my hours, been a team player, made up the work on the weekends. Well, I'm outta hours, outta patience, and ready to scream!
Nothing but idiots run this place. You have 100 MTs and 50 jobs. Let's rearrange schedules and put more working wee mornings and weekends. You still have 100 MTs and 50 jobs. That worked well, didn't it?! What idiots.
I'm with you, bring back our work from off shore.
So sick of the stupidity!
