What's with these "performance coaches" all of a sudden? They never ever do anything but draw a paycheck and all of a sudden they are breathing down our necks?!?
Just got a group memo about inappropriate notes. IMO if they would do their job, MTs wouldn't have to leave "inappropriate notes" to the doctors when they are dictating while driving, babysitting an entire screaming bloody murder kindergarten class, eating, snorting, hacking, coughing, going thru the drive thru at McDonald's, partying, watching the Super Bowl.....
If these malfunctioning "performance coaches" would do their jobs in the first place, they would be talking with the doctors, teaching them dictation etiquette and protecting us, the MTs who PAY them!!!!!
It isn't rocket science, coaches!
