When the PC gets an audio/dictator complaint, the only option available to them is to forward it to the CRM (customer relations manager). The CRM then informs the client of the problem. It is up to the CLIENT to change the dictation habits of the dictators NOT the PCs. You are givin the PCs way too much power (power I am sure they all wish they actually had)!
Also, as anyone who has been in this business for awhile knows, getting a dictator to change their habits is pretty much a fruitless effort.
