They are listing all the new hires, not telling you that they are replacing all the "I quits." Some above posters are correct...They are trying (and succeeding) in getting the older transcriptionists to quit and hiring newer, unaware transcriptionists to hire on at minimum wage and be thankful for it!!!! In other words, beating down the MT profession to minimum wage. WOW. Lots of knowledge.... minimum wage. Totally taking advantage of Mom and desire to stay at home. The schools are total corrupt, touting transcription at 25-100,000 $ a year. No way. Not now. Maybe 15-20 years ago.
