they are horrible people, absolutely HORRIBLE. I get written up nearly weekly on the corrective action list - which you cant even access b/c the link isnt valid so I get some downtime pay every week sorting through their incompetence with tech support - and its ALL time related. Honestly, like I care. Ive gotten so sarcastic and combative back with them, hoping they'll give me the boot, but they just quit replying. No spine.
